WELCOME TO SPEC OPS AIRSOFT
The Ultimate adventure day
Airsoft is a combat simulation game in which you use replica weapons firing 6mm plastic balls to "tag" your opposition.Our aim is to create a world in which players can immerse themselves and become part of the ultimate adventure day.
Fight on our two completely different battlefields.
Battle for control of a desert environment at Europes only desert airsoft skirmish area "The Rock,"
or
Out-fight your opponents at our woodland combat zone, "Blox."

General News Coming very soon- a brand new airsoft retailer will be on site at "BLOX" and "The Rock" on a regular basis. As well as their own website, they will have a sales section on the "Spec Ops" forums so you can pre-order items and collect on a game day should you wish Good news for students! As of 11/10/09, we are able to offer a 15% discount on game fees for holders of a current NUS card As part of our policy of making airsoft available to all, from 18/10/09, for the first time players (not corporate groups) wishing to rent an AEG and face mask the cost will be £5 New FPS limits. The FPS limits for all AEGs will be 328fps with tolerances 350fps maximum. Chronoed with a 0.2g BB with hop fully off. All AEGs, without exception, will be chronoed before entry to site Dead zones will no longer be in use- instant respawn or medic rules will be in play all to ensure smooth flowing and exciting game play
BLOX Now the "Fight Club" game has been played, the normal playing area will, once again, be our area of operations. We have devised some brand new game scenarios and are constructing new bases, all designed to ensure maximum contact and an exhilarating airsoft experience. The Rock Although "The Rock" benefits from an ever-changing environment, some quarry workers have taken on board our wishes and when possible are creating bunkers and shell craters for us to use in our games. This, combined with the new respawn and medic rules, are making for a full-on, adrenaline charged game day. Good hunting, Mike J

Spec Ops News
Spec
Ops Desert is
a airsoft skirmish site in Portland, Dorset. Our aim is to create a world in
which players can immerse themselves. All missions are linked together by a
common theme as players act out the role of either Government based
Special/Forces [D-Boys] or Contractors/Terrorists [Mercenaries] The 2 quarries
we use are very different and the nearest thing to an Afghanistan style
environment in the UK. The smallest quarry is around 5 acres & the main
quarry is approx 30 acres
We
have formed a new woodland site at Bloxworth, near Bere Regis in Dorset. It
will be a site open to everybody, with no ammo load out limits or restrictions
and standard UK site fps limits. It will all be on the 'Broadreach' section
which is 2500 acres and encompasses every type of woodland including rivers. We
will only use relatively small sections on a game day, varying the location as
and when we see fit. We have constructed a new entrance road, car park,
toilets, shelters and a covered shop/cooking facility, but most importantly we
have built bases. Some of these are a proper military type, ie dug-outs with
sandbag and cammo nets and trench systems.
There is a proper British 'Harbour' bunker system (bunkers over 2.3 meters deep
with firing ports through the sandbags) complete with command bunker; the
interlocking arc's of fire will make this very challenging! Others are
fortified natural bases and some are manmade structures.’ Foxholes' and sniper
hides can also be found in strategic locations.
Prices for both sites will be:
Walk on fee : £20
Rifle hire : £15
Clothing hire £5
BB's and grenades etc - snacks, drinks and hot lunches can all be purchased at
the, 'Spec Ops' shop. Tea and coffee provided free of charge.
